Meatball Pesto Pasta is a rich and comforting dish combining juicy meatballs, silky pesto sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta for an easy flavorful meal.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Boil pasta in salted water until al dente then reserve pasta water and drain.

  1. Step 2

    Mix ground meat garlic egg breadcrumbs parmesan salt and pepper then shape into small meatballs.

  1. Step 3

    Heat olive oil and cook meatballs until golden and fully cooked then remove.

  1. Step 4

    In the same pan combine cream and pesto then stir until smooth.

  1. Step 5

    Add reserved pasta water and return meatballs to the sauce.

  1. Step 6

    Add pasta toss until coated and serve with parmesan and fresh basil.
