Grilled Chicken Skewers are tender, flavorful, and perfectly charred. Marinated with garlic, olive oil, lemon, and herbs, these skewers are ideal for weeknight dinners, summer BBQ, meal prep, or healthy high protein meals.     In a large bowl combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix well.

    Add cubed chicken into the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Preheat grill to medium high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

    Thread the marinated chicken pieces evenly onto skewers without packing too tightly.

    Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes for even charring.

    Remove once fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C or 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
